When Accumul8 sent out a request for recipes, donations came pouring in – from Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall’s Glutney to Ottolenghi’s Augbergine Pahi, the celebrity chefs responded with enthusiasm.
So Community Jam is our recipe collection of marmalade, jam and chutneys, all donated by some very wonderful people who make and love preserves, are jolly nice folk and who want to help Accumul8. All the recipes on the Accumul8 Community Jam page have been reproduced with the kind permission of their creators, so we’d like to send out a huge thank you to all for being so generous and supportive.
