Accumulate Director and Founder: Marice Cumber marice@accumulate.org.uk

Marice set up Accumulate in 2013 to bring together and use local creative skills to help young people living at a local hostel develop their confidence, sense of self-worth and well-being and increase their potential for employment.

Marice’s background has always been in the creative industries, enterprise and education. She has set up and delivered creative business courses in prisons, and business support programmes for creative students and graduates and is the founder of UK government best practice projects, Own-it, intellectual property advice service, and The Enterprise Centre for the Creative Arts.

Marice is one of the founders of the Crouch End Arts Festival and in 2015 was awarded the Point of Light Award for Accumulate by the UK Prime Minister for her work in the community. She was also awarded “Social Entrepreneur Leader of the Year” at the Leadership Awards, made a ‘Creative Leader 50’ by the Creative Review magazine and has been featured by Hearst Magazines as an Inspirational Woman.  To contact Marice directly, please email marice@accumulate.org.uk
